Refund Policy
​
Regarding our web app, monthly subscription charges are non-refundable except in the rarest of circumstances.

After your recording date (in-person) or submission date (in-app), we may take up to two weeks (14 days) to edit your footage and produce your Volume.
​
We will then deliver to you a watermarked proof for your review. You have up to two weeks (14 days) to either accept or reject your Volume via email.

You may send your notice of acceptance or rejection to refunds@lunaportra.com or simply respond to the email in which you originally received your Volume.

If you do not accept or reject your Volume within 14 days of the delivery of your Volume, you forfeit your right to a refund. If, however, you reject your Volume within 14 days of the delivery of your Volume, we will fully refund any monies paid and/or nullify your obligation to pay your invoice.

Additionally, if you reject your Volume, we will no longer store your Volume in our database, and we will not manufacture or deliver to you a Moonstone for your headstone. We will also destroy the footage of your interview (in-person) or the footage of your recordings (in-app).
